Design

It has a decent capacity for weight and it is a little easier to load into the trunk than its competitors but the bulk could cause problems with public transportation as it's likely not compatible with any 2'X4' rules that apply there.
Despite its size and weight, the Combi Twin Cosmo earned a acceptable score in our test of maneuverability. It took just 25 pounds to tip the Combi Twin Cosmo backwards, which is higher than the majority of the competitors. However, it isn't the top performers in this test which is the Chariot Cougar 2
It has a good front wheel suspension, and its wide rear wheels are lockable to enhance maneuverability. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels at the same time, which is great for parking in tight spaces. Storage space is offered by a cup holder as well as a large basket, but it is not as much as other items.

The wheels were extremely flexible and may be difficult to use on uneven surfaces.
It has good maneuverability however this is tempered by its weight and size. It took more force to push it and this might be difficult for smaller parents to perform on a regular basis. It is able to maneuver through narrow doors and aisles with ease but it might be difficult to fit into a crowded elevator.
The under-seat storage was disappointing for the test participants. The storage area was difficult to access, and there is a bar that prevents larger items from fitting. A diaper bag stuffed with two kids' toys did not fit and even the standard size purse may be a challenge with the storage space. The additional pockets inside the canopy are a nice addition but they are not enough to compensate for this shoddy under-seat storage option.
The stroller's unique fold and carry strap makes it an excellent option for transporting it to and from public transport. However, the bulky stroller could make it difficult to fit into crowded buses and train cars without hitting innocent bystanders. This stroller is best suited to commuters who can easily transport it inside their cars. It's light enough to be able to be carried up and down escalators, however it you'll need to fold it in case you wanted to take it on a train or bus.
